SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service ("Terms and Policies") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms and Policies:

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup & Local Pickup

In-store and Local pickup is available for customers that would like to pick up orders locally All purchase are available for local pick up. We will contact you to arrange a date and time for our local pick up option.. Pickups are available Monday to Saturday weekly and must be coordinated ahead of time.  Please feel free to contact us at 1-571-464-3522 to arrange an In-Store pickup or Local pickup.

Free Shipping

We offer free Orders over $99 shipping on retail orders over $99 that is done with the entering of an appropriate Free Shipping Code.  Free shipping is only applies to retail orders as wholesale customers will not qualify for free shipping.  Free shipping is exclusive to the lower continental states of the USA.

Expedited Shipping

We currently do not offer expedited shipping.  All orders are processed in 1 to 7 business days unless other arrangement have been communicated by phone, email or text.  Any times and dates for expedited shipping of products are given in good faith but are estimate only and do not convey any promises or guarantees.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and  deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free Orders over $99 shipping is not valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

No FedEx or UPS shipments to PO Boxes

Damages, Claims, Shortages must be reported within 72 hours of delivery

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
