SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service ("Terms and Policies") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms and Policies:



Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup & Local Pickup

In-store and Local pickup is available for customers that would like to pick up orders locally All purchase are available for local pick up. We will contact you to arrange a date and time for our local pick up option.. Pickups are available Monday to Saturday weekly and must be coordinated ahead of time.  Please feel free to contact us at 1-571-464-3522 to arrange an In-Store pickup or Local pickup.

Free Shipping

From time to time we may offer free Orders over $99 shipping on orders over a certain dollar amount.  Free shipping  only applies to retail orders as wholesale customers will not qualify for free shipping.  Free shipping is exclusive to the lower continental states of the USA.

Expedited Shipping

We currently do not offer expedited shipping.  All orders are processed in 1 to 7 business days unless other arrangement have been communicated by phone, email or text.  Any times and dates for expedited shipping of products are given in good faith but are estimate only and do not convey any promises or guarantees.


For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and  deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

Inclement weather such as snow, freezing temperatures, extreme heat, flooding, fires, earthquakes, tornados, and other global weather events can prevent the safe travel of products, such as water based paints, adhesives, and oil based products, as a products quality can become compromised.  All Paint Products leaves very little chance and takes great precautions to ensure orders arrive in a safe and perfect condition.

Freezing Temperature Procedures

During the winter months we use national temperature data for the data and the forecasted days for transit to make assessments on the safe transit and delivery of packages.  When temperatures go below 30 degrees, water based products may be embargoed and held because they can freeze.  We may use heat packs to aide in the safe travel of water based products to ensure they do not freeze; however, heat packs are only effective up to certain temperatures.  Our heat packs are also only effective for a certain period of time of 72 hours once we insert them into packages.  All efforts are taken to get orders to destinations without freezing, and this also requires that customers track their own packages to ensure they do not sit outside in freezing temperatures once delivered.  It is the customers responsibility to ensure all packages are brought inside in a timely manner of under 30 minutes upon delivery to prevent the freezing of water based products.

Packaging

Extra care is taken to ensure contents that may freeze are protected, such as double boxing instead of single boxing for added insulation and moisture protection.  We may use bubble wrap as well to secure contents but also to provide extra insulation.  A third means of package protection is the utilization of 72 hour rated heat packs to keep water based contents from freezing.  Our heats pack can only counter certain cold temperatures and are not designed or effective for temperatures below 10 degrees.  We will only use one heat pack per box and up to five per order.  In the event your order exceeds five packages a surcharge of $3.00 may be assessed for additional shipping and handling of wholesale orders.

Shipping When Safe

All Paint Products will ship when it is the safest with the aide of software to look at and monitor temperatures along the delivery route as well as the continual monitoring of weather to make sure your products arrive safely.  Individual phone calls, text messages, or emails will not be sent out to customers.  To monitor the status of your order you will need to log into your account and click the track my package/order to get the most up to date information available.   If you need further help or have questions you may call us directly at 571-464-3522 or contact us by email at info@allpaintproducts.com.

We offer worldwide shipping.  Free shipping is not valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
